Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

Legal Residence

You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency investments are legal

Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

Valid Identification

You must provide valid government-issued identification for verification

2.1 Restricted Jurisdictions

Due to regulatory requirements, we cannot offer services to residents of:

North Korea Iran Syria Crimea Cuba Sudan

This list is subject to change based on regulatory updates. If you move to a restricted jurisdiction, you must close your account.

Important: It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. We are not liable for any violations.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing:

  • Valid email address
  • Strong password
  • Personal information (name, date of birth, address)
  • Government-issued ID for verification

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Keeping your contact information up to date
  • Enabling and maintaining two-factor authentication

Important Security Measures:

  • Enable 2FA immediately after account creation
  • Never share your password or 2FA codes
  • Use a unique password not used elsewhere
  • Log out after each session on shared devices
  • Report suspicious activity immediately

3.3 Verification (KYC)

We are required to verify the identity of all users. You agree to provide:

  • Clear photo of government-issued ID
  • Proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
  • Selfie or video verification
  • Source of funds information when requested
Note: Failure to complete verification may result in restricted account functionality or account closure.

4. Investment Services

4.1 Nature of Services

Votryvest provides a platform for cryptocurrency investment. We offer:

  • Cryptocurrency trading
  • Investment plans with fixed returns
  • Portfolio management tools
  • AI-powered analytics

4.2 Risk Disclosure

Important Risk Warning

Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk:

  • Market Volatility: Prices can fluctuate dramatically in short periods

5. Fees and Charges

By using our Services, you agree to pay the following fees:

Note: Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance of new fees.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Money Laundering

Any attempt to conceal or disguise the origins of illegally obtained funds

Automated Access

Using bots, scrapers, or other automated means without written permission

Unauthorized Access

Attempting to bypass security measures or access other users' accounts

Market Manipulation

Pump and dump schemes, wash trading, or other manipulative practices

Fraudulent Activity

Using stolen identities, fake documents, or misrepresenting information

Arbitrage Abuse

Exploiting pricing errors or system vulnerabilities

6.1 Consequences of Violation

Violation of prohibited activities may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination
  • Forfeiture of funds
  • Reporting to relevant authorities
  • Legal action and prosecution

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of information or predictions
  • Security against unauthorized access

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Votryvest SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

100% Loss of investment capital
100% Indirect or consequential damages
100% Lost profits or trading opportunities
100% Data breaches beyond our control

7.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Votryvest harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of any law or regulation
  • Infringement of third-party rights

8. Account Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by:

  • Withdrawing all funds (subject to pending transactions)
  • Contacting support through your account
  • Sending a closure request from your registered email

8.2 Termination by Votryvest

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended inactivity (12+ months with zero balance)
  • Failure to complete verification
  • Risk management concerns

8.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • You will have 30 days to withdraw funds (if applicable)
  • All open orders will be cancelled
  • Access to account will be permanently removed
  • Data will be retained as required by law
Note: We reserve the right to delay withdrawals during investigation of suspicious activity.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through:

If unresolved, parties agree to mediate through DIFC dispute resolution

Arbitration

Binding arbitration in DIFC according to DIFC Arbitration Law

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
